Max Neuhaus on Networks
In an interview with Peter Traub from 2005, pioneering sound artist Max Neuhaus admits that ‘if the internet had been there in 1966, I would have used it. It offers the possibility of making an entity with free access twenty four hours a day, globally. This was my direction from the beginning.’ Neuhaus talks about his work ‘Auracle‘, a sound instrument controlled by the voice, which can be played and heard online.
