Support your local music venue
If you have missed the abstract performance of improvised music by the trio Parker/Barrett/Vatcher last week
at the Bimhuis, you have a chance to witness at least one of these men again in April. Evan Parker will return with his Town House Orchestra, an ensemble with Sten Sandell, Ingebrigt Flaten, Paal Nilssen-Love with a different group. I am not sure of the date yet, but it will be up here when I know.
Also, you might want to put 13 April in your agenda, when harpist Zeena Parkins and multi-talent Fred Frith will perform together. At the Bimhuis again.
